Our anti-tarnish jewelry is designed to handle everyday life and can withstand daily water exposure. However, minimizing long-term contact with water will help preserve its brilliance.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Gold Lane, we take great care in ensuring that every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products. All purchases are final.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges or refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

• The product was damaged during transit.

• The wrong product was received.

• The order was lost in transit and was not successfully delivered.

To request an exchange or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments) and provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

• Any additional information requested by our support team

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Please note that exchanges and refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings

• Normal wear and tear after use
